To conduct a Training Needs Analysis of the industry with respect to baking Technologies in 4 countries (Greece, Romania, Spain and United Kingdom) |

To develop specific course to cover the training needs: this will include materials, methodology and evaluation tools |

To train a set of trainers for testing the course |

To test the course with a set of trainees |
